Didn't think going to get a copy of a key made would be such a negative experience. As soon as I walked in a man behind the counter just glared at me. No hello, no can I help you, nothing. I've never been here before so I awkwardly walked towards him, said hello and let him know I needed a copy of a key. Without saying a word he started copying the key. Even paying was awkward as I felt like I was inconveniencing him for a $2 service. Obviously there was no thank you or have a nice day and I left there feeling like I was unwelcome and had burdened him. Such a small service that I needed but it left such a negative effect on me. Won't go back, unfortunately.

Amazing service. Came out to my home which is 30 minutes away from them, at around 12a.m. Helped me out to get inside my home when the doorknob was broken and the key would not fit. I highly would recommend their outstanding service. No one else answered or would not come, even when their business said they are 24 hour service. 10/10 would recommend them to friends or family.
